The National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS has called for a review of some aspects of the new Students Loan Bill.

National President of the Association, Usman Bargu made the request when he led a delegation on a courtesy visit to President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja to thank Mr President for assenting to the Student Loan Bill, stating that the setting up of the Education bank would alleviate the sufferings of vulnerable students. 

Our Correspondent, Raliat Adenekan reports that the NANS President said President Tinubu requested them to interface with his Chief of Staff, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila to help review their demands to have representation of students bodies, the Association of Polytechnic lecturers and Colleges of Education, as well as an experienced unionist or former member of NANS in the board of directors of the bank.
