Lagos State Governor signs the 2024 appropriation bill of 2.267 trillion into law

Lagos State Governor Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has signed into law the 2024 appropriation Bill of two point two trillion naira as approved by the Lagos State House of Assembly.

At the signing ceremony in Alausa, Sanwo-Olu emphasized that his administration will focus on completing all ongoing projects and execute new ones.

The budget christened “Budget of Renewal,” fashioned after the national budget, represents fifty eight percent Capital Expenditure and Forty Two percent Recurrent Expenditure.

Lawmakers in the state say they have done the needful on the budget and expect a successful implementation for the good of all residents in the state.
