President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians to endure the temporal hardship being faced by Nigerians due to the effects of the fuel subsidy removal.
In his first June 12th Democracy Day National broadcast today, the President who said he identified with the pain of Nigerians pledged that his administration will investment massively in transportation infrastructure, education, healthcare, and other public utilities to improve the quality of life of Nigerians.

Our Correspondent, Raliat Adenekan reports that President Tinubu while hailing the winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, MKO Abiola, whom he described as the symbol of democracy, enjoined all Nigerians to help strengthen democracy in the country.

President Bola Tinubu in his speech vowed that his government will not tolerate conflicting and illegal court orders that undermine Nigeria’s democracy.

President Tinubu also described the February and March elections as a true testament of Nigeria’s democratic journey, adding that the current legal contestations of the results are the “beauty of democracy. He also urged his opponents contesting his victory in the presidential election to show sportsmanship.
