Nigeria’s Flying Eagles Nigeria and Senegal are set to renew their rivalry in the quarter-finals of the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations today.

Scheduled for 12:00 noon today at the Suez Canal Stadium in Ismailia, both teams have a rich history in the competition, with Nigeria seeking to maintain its undefeated record in quarter-final matches and Senegal aiming to defend its title.

This will be the fourth encounter between the two sides at the tournament, and their history shows promise, as the winner of each previous match between them eventually lift the trophy.

All four semifinalists from this tournament, go on to represent the continent at the U20 FIFA World Cup in Chile.
