The River State Sole Administrator Ibok-Ete Ibas today shunned the Hon.Julius Ihonvbere led house of Representatives Ad-Hoc Committee set up to oversight the newly appointed administrator over the emergency rule in Rivers State.
The committee had earlier rescheduled the meeting earlier slated for Thursday 17th of April but Ibas had pleaded for a rescheduled date due to other pressing schedule which the committee fully concured to and fixed today the 24th of April which unfortunately failed too due to the absence of the Sole administrator.
Our correspondent Nathan Williams reports that members of the committee deliberated for over two hours before coming out disappointed due to
the failure of the military Sole administrator to attend the interactive session.
Efforts to get the chairman of the committee to Hon. Julius Ihonvbere and other members of the committee to speak after the close door section proved abortive.
