President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed that his administration is determined to ensure Nigeria wins the war against insurgency.
Represented by his Special Adviser on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, Tinubu disclosed this at meeting with a delegation of the Charismatic Bishops Conference of Nigeria, led by its General Secretary, Archbishop Chivir Chianson, at the Presidential Villa, during the weekend in Abuja.
Mr Bwala assured of the present administration’s will to curb the challenge of insecurity, noting that the Armed Forces of Nigeria and other security agencies are combat ready with renewed commitment to restore peace and security across the country.
Earlier, in his remarks, the General Secretary of the group, Archbishop Chivir Chianson, said the members of the delegation were at the State House to express their concern over the state of the nation and to formally announce their upcoming 2025 Synod.
Chiason also commended President Tinubu for the various reforms instituted by his administration aimed at ensuring better livelihood for Nigerians.
