Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has imposed a 24-hour curfew on Igbajo, Boluwaduro LGA, Osun State, after violent unrest erupted over the death of Prince Adegboyega Famodun, former Osun APC chairman and 30th Owa of Igbajo.

Security agencies in Osun State, including the Army, Police, DSS, and NSCDC, will enforce the curfew. Adeleke warned anyone fueling the violence or breaking the law will face strict legal action.

The curfew stays until peace returns. Osun State authorities continue monitoring Igbajo closely, prioritizing safety and restoring order in the community.
