Ondo State Governor, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa has called on the opposition to work and “join hands with the winning party” to govern the state.

Addressing State House Correspondents on Tuesday, after him and his deputy, Olayide Adelami, presented their certificates of return from the just concluded November 16th Governorship polls to President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, also assured good governance for the people of Ondo state.

Our correspondent, Raliat Adenekan reports that Governor Aiyedatiwa while speaking on the economic challenges in the country, stated that the economic downturn is a global phenomenon, stressing that what people need to do now is to look for a way to earn more so that they can meet up with the cost of living.

He mentioned that following the last #EndBadGovernance protest, he was able to convince the people of Ondo State about the positive direction of the present administration, which encouraged them to re-elect him.
