Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has insisted that only fully committed players deserve to wear the club’s jersey.

Speaking amid concerns over young players leaving the club, Flick said representing Barcelona requires total dedication, with players expected to live by the club’s values and identity. He added that he only wants footballers who are ready to give everything for the team.

His comments come after teenage midfielder Dro Fernandez joined Paris Saint-Germain in a move that surprised the club. While Flick acknowledged that such decisions may not always align with Barcelona’s plans, he noted that players at 18 are capable of making their own choices, often influenced by those around them.
