The Federal Government has hinted that plans are underway to
mainstream persons Living with Disabilities in its financial inclusion
programme.

The Executive Secretary, National Commission for Persons with Disabilities,
James Lalu, who stated this in Abuja today noted that it is partnering with
Central Bank of Nigeria on a Disabilities Targeted Scheme to ensure that loans
with low-interest rates of ten to fifty million naira are provided for this group
of persons.

In an interview with journalists, the Executive Director, Potters Gallery
Initiative, Donald Unanka, explained that improving market access will
reinforce their capacities and network in the creative industry which will
effectively promote access to local, national and international
