The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed fresh charges against former CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Emefiele will be arraigned on a new four-count charge before Justice Maryann Anenih, and according to the charge sheets, Emefiele is accused of breaking the law with intent to harm the public during his implementation of the naira swap policy under former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
